Although we are a technology company, our primary focus always lies on usability and real-world application. We work closely with our customers to understand their needs, and we are always willing to explore new possibilities and solutions that may not have been apparent at first. For instance, if a customer needs a solution to send emails in a user’s preferred language, from their CRM, we will put our heads together to develop a solution utilizing our APIs, portals, and other technologies from our portfolio.
